RATES AND PRICING
We charge either by the hour or by the project. The first case applies to small projects that could be finished within a day using general equipment, knowledge, one handyman, and perhaps a helper. Rates by the hour are shown in the table below. Once you have decided to book a service a fee of only $45.00 would be paid in advance. The remaining would be paid upon completion of the job.

Projects that requiere more expertise, specific skills and tools, and last longer than a day, would be charge accordingly based on a site visit by an expert. We make visits free of charge in Saint John's County, further projects a deposit of $45.0 would be required and discounted if project is assigned.
